I second this one. I got into and arguement with a female CSR trying to tell me the same thing. I kept trying to explain it to her and how it works and she still kept telling me I would be charged. She obviously wasnt up to date and never has had a laptop and walked into a food place or hotel or school or anywhere else that uses WiFi. I finally gave up because I deemed her utterly stupid and retarded.
