one other option is to call it in to the Insurance and whne they send you another phone, tell them that the phone you just recived is bad allso and they are forced to send you a new phone ...since there is no new moguls anymore then they will need to send you one that is compared ..they will send you a TP....atleast that is the rules of the insurance ..
