Re: RSTG Sprint(leaked) Custom Rom - Tweaked & Loaded w/uc v1.6.08 Updated 2/7/09
1. install the .cab
2. click Start then choose internet explorer

3. wait for it to load a web page (leave it open)

4. Then select StartMenu - Settings - System and run "Update Profile".

If that doesn't work for you then reflash the stock rom and let customizations run.
