I could be wrong, and if I am I'm sure someone will say, but I don't think it is possible to find a Dialer that will let you join conference calls from within the UI...

I have seen them only on GSM Windows Mobile phones (like my first Windows Mobile phone)l. And I understood the way of it happening for me on Sprint is a CDMA limitation. That is just my interpretation though I haven't researched the specs to know for certain.
