I thought about this and it was discussed any moons again in a thread from far far away. At that time I decided that I would keep the language packs in because many ethinc types may use this ROM. Especially now so that I have made it multi carrier.

Now, if you went ahead and made the default language files a selection that can be added to the kitchen that is something that I would go for.
