Scott - I think it was definitely the right call to go back to the 1.2 OEM pack. The way you split that out was spot-on. If you know of a way to generate a directory tree that I can upload, I'd be happy to generate the listing for my modified kitchen. Next step if you want to speed things up is to prune files out of the itchen. For example, in HTC Keyboard, you don't need all the layout files and bitmaps for the other languages. That's about 30 files that can be pulled out of Windows. Of course if you don't install the HTC keyboard anyway, that's about 100 files pulled out of Windows...

Thanks for the compliment. I went back to it just for tha reason. It was more stable and ready to just be modified slightly. I then upgraded the XIP to E2 stable and it just feels good at 12 PP. I then cleaned up the OEM's a bit more and upgraded GPS dirvers. Thats about all. Why start screwing around with a good thing? I even tested YouTube on every build and it worked each time ;c)
Thanks again for the feedback! Greatly appreciated and well taken.
