Obvious NOOB, How in the world does this Flash Rom thing work? I have tried to read up on this @ xda but I'm still not clear. My T-Mobile Wing ALWAYS runs critically low on memory. How do I use the Flash Rom (Roms?) to get more memory.

I am already using 4 GB SD card. I save my photos, videos, 3rd party apps and programs to SD card and constantly delete my text messages and emails. I constantly clear cookies, history, and delete files. The memory is STILL low!

Please Help!
