At any rate...do what everyone is telling you and flash a custom rom. It really does improve the phone a LOT. But still...expect this type of thing with Windows Mobile...its just the reaility of it. I undsertand you had a good experience with the Mogul...and thats great....but its also rare (to take a winmo phone out of the box and use it as is with no tweaking or flashing).
