just open up the zip file and then the Skin folder, and you should have 3 files "SKIN" "skin1" and "SKIN 2" just rename the SKIN file with something else and rename "skin1' to SKIN and that should do it, i did it before putting the files in my phone so i didnt do the soft reset and it work.
