you need to ensure you have the latest version of mortscript (401b14) installed which I included in the zip over on TC. The "clear" command was added in the most recent version which helped fix the issue when deleting stocks and them still showing up in the main UI..
As for the stocks not displaying in the plugin, can you check the auto update start and end times? By default it's set to end at 4PM Eastern which might explain it.
