Setup.dll changes the name of the appropriate StowawayXT.???.dll to StowawayXTRes.dll when you install it.
I renamed the .USA.dll to StowawayXTRes.dll, updated the RAR, and Uploaded it. The RAR on the FTP has been updated and has the correct file in it now.
