internal storage has officially been killed since updating. I tried on OSX and XP and the XP shows the drive, but you can't reformat it in 3 different ways I've tried. Ugh. I guess it goes back to Sprint. I lost all my files, and I can't restore them because the internal storage isn't showing up either.
