Well, my phone's charging little black piece broke out about 12pm last Friday. i was already checking into getting a replacement phone b/c of it turning off randomly and dropping calls. Everybody I talked with Friday said i'd get a referbished mogul. I gave it to my husband to take to sprint b/c I had to have a phone right away and they gave him a referbished mogul. arg! he asked if we could get a touch pro and they said NO WAY and if something happens to this phone or if it 'get's lost' to not even bother coming in and just file a claim. They were kind of rude about it. my 2 yr contract is up in Sept so i don't have too long to wait to get a touch pro!
Just now for fun I went onto the sprint site to see what kind of phone i could get to replace this one on the advanced replacement site and it won't let me do it b/c i haven't had this phone for more than 30 days but it did talk about a 30 guarantee and a new replacment but i have to go back to where i got it at. My only complaint about this phone is that it has the white spots on the screen, not sure that's a reason enough to get a new phone. What is the deal with the white spots anyways? So i'm going to be using it a lot these 30 days to see if a defect comes up, hoping it does.
