I noticed something similar on my apache and titan after a few weeks, not sure if it's the same issue, but try the following and see if it makes any difference.
- Go to Settings > Personal > Input
- On the Word Completion tab, click "Clear Stored Entries" (I also uncheck auto complete and suggest words, but I don't think that is really helping at all)
You might want to soft reset after applying the changes just to make sure.
