Maybe placebo but maybe not, guess I'll give Futuremark a call tomorrow; that should clear this up.

Pagepool size shouldn't affect boot time - the pagepool is used as needed. Setting it to zero means unlimited - Windows gets as much as it needs. Unless you run out of memory, this will be the fastest solution. I think you have the Sprint phone, so you get 64MB more memory than VZW (32K real, 32K less reserved for radio stack). I'd stick with zero until you run low on memory. Then try 32MB.
