There is currently no way to rebuild a dumped Diamond Radio, not without many hours of work and possibly a few bricks anyways. The main issue is that it doesn't matter, because your version isn't important, there are newer ones available. If you're worried about returning your phone for warranty or other reasons, then you should stick with what you have.
