I tried this WM6.5 Kitchen, and had to dump it after a short trial period. For one thing, it doesn't support S2U2 yet (or maybe it's the other way around). I also had a problem where the dialpad would keep coming back to the main screen for no apparent reason. Anyways, it's not really ready for prime-time yet ... but it is close.
Regarding all the comments on how a particular ROM is faster than the older stuff ... If each ROM truly WAS faster for each claimed increase in speed, by now my XV6800 would be responding to my desired commands before I even pulled out the stylus.
I didn't notice any significant speed increase in this ROM vs. any of the other Kitchens I have used over the last 6-8 months now. One thing to keep in mind is that just like with desktop Windows, the longer you use a device, the more junk that gets stored in it - and it gradually gets a bit slower. I'll bet you can see the same speed "increase" just by reflashing the exact same ROM you've been using for the last few months (to do a little spring cleaning).
Cheers!
