Well I have to have the hook... my ear canal isn't large enough to hold a headset in. I got a Jabra headset as part of Sprint's 80 dollar TP accessory package... case, car charger, and headset... But it falls off even WITH the ear hook AND it won't pair with my Touch Pro, just my BlackBerry. lol
