I used advanced configuration to disable the dialer skin so I would not miss any calls. With skin 4 rings before I get 1, no skin equals half a ring before my phone rings. Very much so worth it. I have noticed that the back light does not cut off after a few seconds when in a call like it does with the skin turned on. It is very consistent, skin on = light off when phone is next to ear; skin off = light stays on no matter what. No other settings changed. Any idea how to get the light sensor to still work with skin turned off?
