Well all I know for sure is that Verizon is a partner with GSC. Having a roaming agreement is a different thing. It makes sense that they would have agreements with Sprint too, just because it's the same type of network. Knowing that Verizon is absorbing Alltel, I can see the phone being the Alltel version too.
