there are new HDmanila's available, check out calkulin's kitchen thread (
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=44494) and pull one of the two in addition to the HD manila base files

that is the original manilaHD that had the startup issues (have to switch to contact, open the keyboard, go back to today screen, tap to launch, but quickly switch over to contacts w/the keyboard open to launch; crashes @ midnight, etc.) the new HD manila's being released are a little better i think.
