FYI: I had a new touch pro that was not working properly. I took the phone to sprint and they ordered a replacement phone. The phone was in the store 3 days later. I went in to do the exchange and was there approximately 1 hour with the clerk trying to get my service activated on the phone. She tried and then called customer service and tried to activated my phone with instructions from 3 different departments. They finally changed my phone for a new one in the box. My son has a new one right out the box (he's had it about 3 weeks) and had to take it in for malfunctioning. They changed his phone out for a new one in the box. I love this phone, but I believe it has a lot fof unctionality issues. Just in case you did not know, sprint is replacing malfunctioning mogul phones wih the touch pro (free) and brand new.
