Hey Bob,
I remember the same post from FormerPalm you're talking about... but i think it has to do with where the cab wants to be installed.
I just did a reflash today, and looking at my "Programs Folder" i do see
some of my UC'ed apps there, but not all... so it has to do more with where the app's cab is telling it to go.
But changing this and re-cab'ing can be a bear... this all goes back to our original discussion on the subject i believe.
