if you go with MightyROM's new 4.9.3 ROM, it won't pop up when in landscape mode with the keyboard out. Not sure what he did, but on 4.9.2 it would pop up when you click on a text box and disappear when you start typing with the physical keyboard, now it won't show up at all as long as the physical keyboard is pulled out!
