No software, hardware, product or service is bug-free. To say bug-free implies perfection, which is not possible. As a software developer myself, there are perhaps millions of combinations and permutations of logic flows in a complex software like an os.
That being said, some are of course better than others. I am using the Juicy 4.7 .. and it seens fast and relatively stable. It’s about expectations. The stock rom was unusable IMHO.
Of course I think winmo is utter garbage to start with.
