Hacks I have done:

Turned off keyboard autopopup.
Enabled battery warning notification settings.
Enhanced audio settings.
Increased scrollbar width.
Enabled Samsung Today 2.
GPRS tweak.
Disabled Samsung Dialer (using idialer instead).
Scroll sensitivity.
