I was reading in another thread that SSMaPa would not work on this version of TF3D. It had to be rewritten. It was one of the reasons that I wasn't going to try this combo.
But I did.
So far, everything is working perfectly. A few little glitches.
1) The backlight did a little flickering "jig" until I remembered that I had unchecked all the controls for auto-level etc. I rechecked everything and it all seems OK now.
2) It takes an incredibly long time to reboot/reset. 2-3 minutes. But dang it looks great when it's done. It does seem to be a little laggy when Items are tapped- but not always. I think it might have something to do with screen sensitivity settings- I'll play with that tomorrow.
3) I didn't get all the extra tabs- no stocks or call history. To be honest, I don't want them and was going to turn them off, but I am wondering why they aren't there. When I go into TF3D Config, there are a few extra "UNKNOWN" tabs listed, but when I scroll through the TF3D slider, there are just the standard ones. But I do have the People & Weather HD Manila tabs.
4) For some reason, the default setting wouldn't allow charging when device was syncing. Took me a few minutes and had an almost drained battery before I figured that one out. But now I'm charging at a rate almost double what I've seen with any other ROM. Over 900mA! And battery drain has been significantly better all day.
