Think I found one on the lastest rom.

Post a hard-reset, if the device is in sleep mode, while plugged into a power source, it will not awake to give alarm notifications. It will wait for manual waking to issue the alarm notice.

However, if it is not plugged into a power source, it will wake up to issue the alarm.

Please confirm others experience this bug.
