I was looking around for the same thing and this:

was the only thing I came up with. It has highlight issues and you will have to edit reg settings to get it the way you want it.
I ended up installing a TF3D comm tab. The cab below has several tabs so, if you go this route, you will need TF3D config to get rid of the ones you don't want.
Turn off TF3D before you install it.
