Time Sync w/Mobile Network is not set. Just go to Settings--> Phone--> Services--> Time Synchronization--> Get Settings and select the checkbox.
That's not the issue. Mine is set properly. The problem is that after a soft reset, the time reverts back to the hard reset time -- 2/1/06, 12:00am. For some of us, it takes much longer for the phone to automatically sync with the network. In my case, it seems like anywhere from 20s to a few minutes... or more. Soft reset should revert to the correct time...
