1) Yesterday Morning (2/2/09) I went to the Self-Servic Solutions Page on Sprint.

2) I clicked on the "
Self Service Phone Replacement page." Link in the middle of the page
3) Followed the prompts and filled the information like a good little sheep
4) After filling out the forms, it displayed to me what phone I would be receiving.
NOTE --> I did this several times over the past 5 days until it finally said that I was receiving a TOUCH PRO as a replacement.
I kept cancelling the request until it finally showed TOUCH PRO yesterday morning
5) I received an e-mail a little while later that basically said:
Dear Valued Sprint Customer:
We would like to thank you for your recent Phone Replacement Order, and apologize for the
problems you are experiencing with your phone.

6) I sat back and patiently waited. I didn't bother to track it. I didn't both to offer it milk & cookies. I did nothing. I did a simple implementation of patience.
Just be patient!!! Don't freak out!
7) UPS showed up today at 10am
----about 24 hours after I placed the claim
8- The package ships from Louisville Kentucky
9) I never received a tracking number or anything.
Package arrived with everything. Weight was approx 3 lbs. I recieved CD's or software, the phone, proprietary USB cable with charger, headphones, 1 GB micro SD card.......
I EVEN RECEIVED AN EXTRA BATTERY!! That's awesome.
Notes:
-My Mogul was less than a year old. I bought it in May of last year.
