grypho, use file explorer and see if there is a folder in the root called \HTCHome. If so, you probably did not install the latest cab. You can copy all of those files to \Windows. If you dont have that folder, please confirm that you have a bunch of .png files in \Windows that start with HH....
Cellfreak, you will need to disable and remove the 3 tab to get the 6 tab to work.
