try this get a regeditor and navigate to these keys..


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\AudioManager\Confi g]
"disable_exit"=dword:1
"enter_suspend"=dword:1

and delete them both then try it out

if that dosent work find BellMediaPlayerWM.cab and install that
