Here's a set of 90 icons I worked on a while back and finally got around to finishing. Icons can be used for UltimateLaunch, iFonz, etc., VGA and QVGA, formatted at 128x128, 72x72, 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16. Included in the zip are 256x256 pngs.
