Well....... I finally got it to go throughn today on the website. I have the insurance and since this is my 3rd handset in the last 3 months, I guess I'm still under warranty so it cost me $0. My latest was actually brand new, in the box from Sprint in late December. But it shipped with the white spots and now they're growing across the screen. Too bad, because I really did love this phone. But I can't keep getting replacements (new or refurb'd) that have these problems. I tried the website a few times last week but it kept saying the Mogul was the replacement phone and I would cancel the order. But this morning, at 10:20 AM PST, I got the Touch Pro. I think I'm going to miss my Mogul, though.
