Interesting statement. I know in the old "non lithium ion" days, you were supposed to "condition" the batteries by charging completely, then deplete the battery, then charge, then deplete, etc. I have never heard of doing this on the newer battieries. I wonder what the logic behind it is. Can you post a working link to the source you listed. For some reason, I can't access it.
