Re: Mass Storage/Active Sync Transfer & Play Back Problems

That particular feature is buggy, so a lot of people have to end up disabling it--maybe it has to do with age of computer vs brand of USB ports and drivers. Not sure there.

As for the USB speed issue, its rough not having USB 2.0, I can't really relate to ya there, or help. Do understand that burst speed is prevalent with both USB and bluetooth and the amount of compression, as well as type can make a difference in transfer speed. I think it should be noted that while I dont have proof, I believe the internal storage to be class 2, which means transfers are going to be ungodly slow. I know my class 4 8gb card I have installed as well is faster.

Lastly, the Samsung Touch player is a joke. While it may be able to play divx video, its so damn choppy. I really reccomend you try something like CorePlayer. Do note that there are some option changes you need to make, such as setting it to Xscale in the video options.

I get incredible video via Coreplayer. I dont use wmp at all. I use my class 4 8gb card for music and video, my internal storage for download storage and program installation. It seems to be the best mix of speed and performance for me.
