I kept getting on the
Self Service Phone Replacement page until it showed the TP kit as the replacement phone. I had been trying for 3-4 days at various times of the day (kept showing the mogul as replacement phone), but it finally gave me the TP on the Thursday.
My tracking shows it to be 2.20 lb and set for delivery on Monday.
Time to do some research on the TP.
