Well a kitchen is where you create your own custom roms. There is a cystal clock cab that you can install to make your time transparent so you can see your wall paper better, there is a cab you can install to where you can have your wallpaper on all tabs as well. Yes you can create custom themes for the phone as well. Most of this can be found in the sticky threads in the touch pro general forum.
