Here ya go. Get it setup on your device, then copy the file \Program Files\Ultimatelaunch\ultimatelaunch.ini to the OEM. This file contains your tab settings, registration information, etc... And in the RGU, the OEM is turned on as a Today Screen Plugin. And your welcome!
