I exchanged one Mogul with a large white spot on the screen and a non-functioning d-pad, received a Touch Pro through Sprint's advanced exchange website (like others, received the phone before the confirmation of shipping email - ordered last Friday night, received Monday).
Called Asurian because my wife's screen cracked on her Mogul (second Mogul - have insurance). Did the Asurian phoneclaim on line on Tuesday, which listed a replacement as a Touch Pro. At the end of the order, it couldn't complete without more info, said to call Asurian. Spoke to someone who said they would send a refurbished Mogul. Of course I said "Gee, the web site said I'd get a Touch Pro..." "No, we have Moguls available." Oh well. Today while flashing a new rom, noticed a white spot on that one. Called Asurian back, was transfered to a "tech" person, told her the problem, she said they were out of Moguls, all they had were Touch Pros, so she'd send one to me. We'll see what we get. This was around 3 pm Pacific Time today.
