Well I always do my swaps in the store anyway, but if I ever have to mail one, I'm not sending the battery because I don't want to spend time in the federal pen

. Doing in store swaps, everybody sees what is being done right there face to face. So if they've got a problem with my actions they can say right then and there. Last swap, the tech didn't ask me for a battery and I didn't bother complaining that he didn't give me the box and other accessories, he gave me the brand new device with a stylus and battery and that was all I wanted. Obviously all he wanted was the defective device with a back battery cover, because he had it all in the back long enough to open my old device and get enough details to swap my account information to the new device.
