haha sorry had to laugh...i work for s sprint store and deal withthis all the time...the account that the phone is on is your own...they add the esn to your account but dont activate it so that if the phone is stolen it cannot simply be activated.....all you have todo is tell them to activate the esn that is associated with the most recent order number...

then again, I'm getting a "new" phone for free, so I shouldn't be complaining...but still...
