the other day i wanted to do a hard reset...but before i did, i "cleared storage" both the device and internal storage. then it red mass storage could not be found. So the phone reinstalls all the programs... but now the internal storage is not installed; nothing can be stored by the device ie pics. I can, however, access storage via file explorer.
