so frustrated...got my replacement TP, but apparently it's already activated on someone else's account
easy fix, right? just go in and remove it from their account, since they obviously don't have the phone
but, that's not possible, so now I have to wait another 2 days (probably 4, due to Sunday)
supervisors are no help, either...I just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get this resolved without involving UPS
then again, I'm getting a "new" phone for free, so I shouldn't be complaining...but still...
