As far as I can tell, this cab only updates the mode9 files for the Stock, Program Launcher, Music, and Messaging tabs. If one of these is causing the Weather problems I'd be surprised. Here's a listing of what's in the CAB....

There are no RegEdits in the CAB either. I'll give it a try and see what happens though...
