I don't have high hope they are going to fix it...

Why? Let's see, HTC says it's Sprint's problem, Sprint says it's HTC's fault. Class-action lawsuit doesn't even make them sweat, let along motivate them to do anything.

Update on my Friend's Fuze. Under same program (iGo , he has about a sec delay where my Sprint TP has at LEAST 2 seconds delay.
