I think it has to be called a rumor for now. If it happens, I don't know if we can predict what they'd do for us. However, I would argue that if they revise the design in this way, it's an implicit acknowledgment that the original design was flawed. In my view, the right thing to do would be to allow exchanges, but we'll have to see! At this point I'm not even convinced the revision is happening. I think we're basing it on a response a rep gave one of our members here, which is of course far from anything official. But I am hoping it is true!!!
