Hmm. Thought Vogue had one. Maybe Titan was the last device with an extended rom partition. One thing is for sure, you can't just add one to your ROM to create one!

and the program that i need it..it works when i make call ..it shows the phone number information who i called..which mean i just see the program work only when i make call..there is no icon..or any folder for it i can now even what's it's name..so can u plz give me some more explain how to use d2s to dump rom..and from where i can download this tool..

Hop on over to xda-developers and do a search. The wiki has links to the tool as well as instructions, but better instructions can be found in some of the threads.
