I've had been having an issue with my PC, that I was unable to diagnose for a while. I've now been able to relate it to the reconnection of my Pocket PC phone to it's docking station (and possibly also if the phone wakes up in the docking station).

The issue involves the delayed start up of applications on the PC. Programs currently running work without issue, and windows task manager shows minimal load, but attempting to start any new process will results in delayed start up. The delay lasts ~1-10min, but I haven't specifically timed the issue, then all applications started during the delay suddenly all start up at once.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so do you know of a resolution?
